How long do I have to wait for confirmation?
Our reservation team will confirm your booking within 24 hours. If you still have not received a confirmation e-mail from us, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Please remember that the confirmation is only valid after full payment is received by Hua Hin Taxi Service.
How do I receive and print my confirmation?
We will send the confirmation on email together with the terms & conditions in a PDF file for easy printing. Please bring the confirmation and terms & conditions with you on your travel as our contact information is stated on the documents.
How do I get confirmation regarding the payment.
As soon as we have received the payment in our account we will forward you a receipt of payment in PDF file to your email address
Can I book hotels or golf packages through Hua Hin Taxi Service?
Yes you can. We work together with many of the major tour agents in Thailand and therefore we can assist you in booking hotels and golf packages, often at very favorable prices. Just write in the contact form what you need and we will revert to you with options.
Can I book/ pay directly to the driver on arrival?
Yes you can, but only if you provide us with a copy of your confirmed flight ticket, a copy of your passport, and a copy of your hotel voucher.
How do I amend or cancel my reservation?

Are all taxes and service charges included in your taxi transfer prices?
All taxi transfer prices displayed on our site are net. They included all taxes and applicable service charges.
Do you charge extra for using the express ways in Bangkok?
No, all the prices are including express way fees and parking fees.
Where is the meeting point in Bangkok Airport?
Our driver will welcome you at the exit door/meeting point 3 with a sign with your name on it.
In case the flight is delayed, will you still be waiting us and will there be any additional charge?
If the flight is delayed, we will wait for you for free the first hour of delay, if the delay is more than 1 hour we will charge you 200 Thb per started hour (first hour free).
How long is the distance from Bangkok Airport to Bangkok downtown, Hua Hin or Pattaya?
Bangkok downtown is approximately 25 km west of Bangkok Airport.
Hua Hin is located approximately 220 km southwest of Bangkok Airport
Pattaya is located approximately 150 km southeast of Bangkok Airport.
How long for the driving time from Bangkok Airport to Bangkok downtown, to Hua Hin, to Pattaya?
Bangkok Downtown approximately 30 min
Hua Hin approximately 3 hours
Pattaya approximately 1½ hours
Are all vehicles provided with safety belts, front and back?
Yes they are!
Are all vehicles provided with Air Condition?
Yes they are!
Can I get a baby seat for my infant?
Yes you can, Hua Hin Taxi Service have a limited number of baby seats, so you need to contact us in advance for a reservation of the baby seat, this service cost 200 thb per seat per way.
Do your cars have insurance for third party?
All our vehicles have first class insurance and accident insurance, but due to limitations of the coverage amount you should always have you own private travel and health insurance when travelling in Thailand.
Do you have coach service from Bangkok Airport to hua hin?
Yes, we can arrange coach service for 25, 40 & 50 Seats to serve you to all destinations in Thailand.
Do you have VIP bus transfer from Bangkok to hua hin?
Yes we can arrange VIP Bus and Coach service for your transfer as well.
