Terms and Conditions:
Reservation and confirmation:
In order to reserve a taxi transfer you need to make the reservation at least 2 business days (Mon-Sat) in advance. For big busses and large group tours we need the reservation minimum 7 business days in advance. You will need fill in the contact form, please fill all the questions asked above the contact form as accurately as possible. Hua Hin Taxi Service will confirm the booking within 24 Hours for cars and mini busses, and within 48 hours for group tour buses. Confirmation is based on the number of available cars, limousines, minibuses and group tour busses.
Luggage size:
When ordering a car please note the size of you luggage, below you will find our definition of luggages.
Standard size luggage = (28 x 20 x 12 inches) or (70 x 50 x 30 cm) including wheels and handles
Hand size Luggage = (22 x 14 x 9 inches) or (55 x 35 x 22,5 cm) including wheels and handles
If you have special size luggage like golf clubs or bikes please inform us in advance so we can arrange the transport for you in best possible manner.
Baby seats:
Hua Hin Taxi Service has a limited amount of baby seats, which can be reserved upon request. We need the age and the weight of the infant to get the best baby seat for you. A baby seat will cost 300 Thb per way.
Payment:
After receiving confirmation from Hua Hin Taxi Service, you will need to make the full payment as quoted within 48 hours after confirmation was sent.
Payment can be done in cash, by bank transfer or via Pay Pal.

We only accept cash in Thai Baht, payment can be done directly to our driver or to our office.

Please call or send SMS to our 24 hour customer service phone +66 (0) 081 587 63 50, after you have completed you bank transfer, you can also fax or scan the bank transfer slip to us which will make it easier for us to confirm the payment with the bank. Email: info@huahintaxiservice.com or fax: +66 (0)32 532 899. We will confirm to you the completeness of payment within 24 hours.
3. Pay Pal:
You can also pay with PAYPAL which is a easy and simple way to pay online, just let us know if you want to use this service and we will send you the details on how to pay with PAYPAL. (note: will add 4,2% to the bill when you pay with PAYPAL)
Arrival at Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) Airport:
Upon your arrival to Bangkok Airport, our driver will meet you at the exit door/meeting point 3, with a sign stated with the lead passenger name. The driver will help you with your luggage and lead you to the vehicle and drive you to your destination. If you cannot reach the driver you can call our 24 hour customer service phone +66 (0) 081 587 63 50, and we will direct you to the drivers location. In case you flight is delayed more than 1 hour according to the flight schedule we will charge you 100 Thb per started hour (first hour free).
Pick-up from hotel or private residence:
Our driver will meet you at the reception/lobby with a sign stated with the lead passenger name. The driver will help you with your luggage and lead you to the vehicle and drive you to your destination. If the driver is not on time please call our 24 hour customer service phone +66 (0) 081 587 63 50, so we can correct any misunderstandings regarding the pick-up place and we will direct the driver to your location. The driver will wait max 30 min. at the agreed meeting point, if you have not contacted us within those 30 min the driver will leave. If you want the driver to wait additional time over the agreed departure time before leaving, then it will cost you 200 Thb per hour, which must be paid in advance to the driver.
Modification to travel plan:
You may modify the details of travel date & time, meeting point and destination. But alterations must be notified 1 business day in advance and is subject to approval by Hua Hin Taxi Service.
Traveling:
The driver will take you directly from your departure destination to your arrival destination as agreed on the confirmation. The driver will make breaks equal to 10 min per hour of driving and upon your request.
Detour:
If you want the driver to make a detour, meaning going another way than the fastest way from departure destination to arrival destination it will cost 200 Thb per started hour, solely based on the drivers experience of how much extra time for the detour is needed compared to the normal travelling time from departure destination to arrival destination. We remain the right to refuse a detour if it impairs our business.
Arrival at your destination:
Please check that you have all your belongings with your when leaving the vehicle, should you have forgotten anything in the vehicle you can call 24 hour customer service phone +66 (0) 085 094 3555 or +66 (0) 081 587 63 46 for assistance. Hua Hin Taxi Service will not be responsible for any missing items during or after the transfer.
Cancellations:
If you cancel 7 days prior to agreed transfer time, we will refund the full amount minus any bank transfer fee´s.
If you cancel 3 days prior to the agreed transfer time, we will refund 50% of the full amount minus any bank transfer fee´s.
Hua Hin Taxi Service will not make any refund for cancelations less than 3 days prior to the agreed transfer time.
Travelling insurance:
All our vehicles have class 1 insurance. But is the passengers responsibility to have their own travelling insurance to cover health insurance in case of an accident.
Force Majeure or Accidents:
In case of accidents, broken down limousines, or any other type of force majeure situation like weather, disasters, political unrest etc., which are not predictable or controllable bu Hua Hin Taxi Service, we will try to provide you another vehicle of same or close to the same type of vehicle you ordered to continue the travel without extra costs for the customer. If the customer is not satisfied with the replacement vehicle or alternated travel plan we will be please to refund the customer in full minus any bank transfers that there may be.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, and change the terms and conditions stated herein without prior notice.
